SACRAMENTO – Today, Assemblymember Alanis announced that his financial literacy bill, AB 1871, passed off the Assembly Floor unanimously. This is the Assemblyman’s fourth bill to pass through the Assembly so far this year. Assemblyman Alanis stated, "This bill is a common-sense measure that would ensure students learn important financial skills like filing taxes, taking out loans, budgeting, and more."
